The winery currently has a capacity of 14,500 liters and is managed with attention to quality and with the adoption of modern production facilities. Each process undergoes careful controls: from the completely thermo-controlled vinification of the must (obtained by pressing) to the maceration of the must in the medium-long skins for red wine and finally the stabilization and bottling.

All the young wines are aged in steel tanks, while “Emilia” ages in oak barrels and tonneaux. The cellar is equipped with a winemaking department with numerous stainless steel wine vessels, a semi-automatic bottling line, a refining department. The latter houses the barrel room, in which different types and sizes of wood alternate and, depending on the need, 5 hl tonneaux and 15-25 hl barrels are used. Attached to the cellar there is the tasting room where you can conclude the company journey.
